Job Description

Everest Recruitment and Services is seeking skilled and compassionate international nurses from green-listed countries to join the NHS Trust. We are looking for nurses in various specialties, including Adult, Mental Health, General, and more. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care according to NHS standards.
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Pre-Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Qualifications:

    • A recognized nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Must be from a green-listed country (check the current list for eligible countries).
    • Recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in your nursing specialty.

  2. Nursing Registration:

    • Must have applied for or be in the process of obtaining nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) in the UK.

  3. Language Proficiency:

    • A passing score on the required English language test (e.g., IELTS or OET) as mandated by the NMC:
      • IELTS: Minimum overall score of 7.0, with at least 7.0 in speaking, listening, and reading, and 6.5 in writing.
      • OET: Grade B in all sub-tests.

    • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to diverse healthcare environments.
